Re: The Abandoned Mansion of Steve Jobs
What an huge asshole he was. He spent more money in his effort to destroy the building than what it would of cost to maintain it or repair it. If he had simply maintained the roof the house would not of suffered near as much damage. Of course termites could of been a problem. It still could of been repaired. |

Re: The Abandoned Mansion of Steve Jobs
Oh ok, he couldn't afford to renovate it? Really? I can see someone like him buying the Taj Mahal and then tearing it down because all he wanted was the land and bragging rights boasting of all the power he has because he is rich. Makes me sick. history needs to be preserved not destroyed and forgotten about. We all need to see bits of the past in order to appreciate what we have and where we came from. He just buys it out, spits on it and then razzes it. Only to build his God complex of a ego trip modern ugly overpriced heap of garbage he calls a home. <--for you Stevie

Re: The Abandoned Mansion of Steve Jobs
So when did having a lot of money due to actually earning it become a bad thing? Or do you hate him just because he was rich? Either way, I smell jealousy. |

Re: The Abandoned Mansion of Steve Jobs
Quite sad. I want to demolish the postwar tract house I live in once the lease-to-own process is up and put a prefab cabin in one corner of the lot, but sadly there are people who like those asbestos, lead and aluminum wiring-laden shit shacks, none of which compare to this lost treasure.
