20-year Old Dutch Bodybuilder Sjo Herben
Maybe belongs in the "Human Deformities & Medical Problems" section. Videos of this guy are floating around on the internet. Guy looks like he won't make it to 30 years of age at this rate. I wonder how much time this freak has left to live.  Good thing he uses berberine to regulate his metabolism and lower blood sugar   It does, but not with the amount of food he's stuffing in his gap.He has recently transitioned into what he calls a healthy phase. While he still eats substantial portions to maintain a high amount of muscle, such as a dense, nutrient-packed 2,000-calorie breakfast, he focuses primarily on clean, whole foods and finding a sustainable balance rather than reckless overeating. What a waste. No future, here: slow suicide by self-abuse from several directions (which I presume he knows, on some level). Not sure what (he thinks) his endgame is: matter how ripped or famous he gets, nobody of any gender or inclination will ever find that attractive.  I love the "if you don't look like this by 20, give up bro" bit. "It may be that your sole purpose in life simply to serve as a warning to others." |
