Turkey. A mother street cat walked right into the Sungurlu Pet Veterinary Clinic carrying a kitten in her mouth. The veterinarians immediately noticed the kitten was suffering from an eye infection and treated it pro bono.

On other occasions, in the Karabağlar district, a mother cat brought her kittens into a human emergency room. The kittens were struggling to open their eyes due to an infection. Doctors and nurses stepped in to administer eye drops before handing them over to a municipal veterinary team.

And in 2020, viral photos on social media showed a cat walking through the intensive care unit of an Istanbul hospital with her kitten. The medical staff immediately crowded around to check on the baby and gave the mother some milk and food.
