Actually he died at the beginning of this clip. This clip is part of a much longer clip where he is giving evidence against corruption. He thinks he is very clever but then someone brings him a glass of water and he takes a nice drink. Then the scene we see here begins where he stops, His eyes go blank and roll back in his head and he collapses dead.
