It really depends on the definition used for "mass shooting". If the definition is broad, and is just a shooting where 4 or more people where shot, then white people are not responsible for more.

If the definition is a person carrying out an attack against a seemingly innocent group of people for the purposes of just shooting as many people as possible. Then white people are responsible for more. But just barely. The stats I found show whites responsible for 64 out of 114 since 1982.

And as you said, white people make up a super majority in America. Especially going back to the 80's.

When you consider white people made up like 70% in the 80's into the 90's. The fact it's that close shows that statistically, you are not more likely as a white person to be a mass shooter.
