Last I heard. Walmart has a very strict gun free zone policy. Most courts would probably reverse an arrest for breaking that law if it stopped a tragedy. That being said if joe blow was walking thru the frozen section and someone saw his pistol grip as he bent over, he could be arrested for the offense and lose his ccw permit for life.

Sad. It's too bad someone wasn't there to stop him. Damn gun free zones. I wonder if Wal Mart welcomed the carrying of firearms, would this had happened at their store. Now bullets will be hard to find for the next couple months. Now that people are worried some law will be passed, so they have to buy guns and all the ammo beforehand. I can see it coming, our gun laws will be changed. Maybe not while Trump is president. Although I have little faith in Trump. But within the next 10 or so years, I think the laws will change. They banned AR15's before, and they will again. |
