2 rounds of 5.56 at point blank was enough to stop him from getting up. When the attacker later moved again to give the notion that he was fiddling with his explosive vest (turned out to be hoax) that's when the police fired more shots into him |

British cops tend to be too timid. Afraid to be unliked and/or criticized. American cops tend to be more thorough and we have less terrorism as a result. British cops need to quit wearing women's panties and empty some clips anytime they spot a moo slum.  |
