The "Uno Bianca" Gang Crime Scene Pictures
In Italy, during the early '90s, several homicides, robberies and carnage took place, most of them not far from Bologna, a town known for its high standards of living and peacefulness. All had a thing in common: The presence of a white Fiat UNO (Uno bianca) on the scene. That car was by far the most common car in Italy, I think probably everyone have had at least one Fiat Uno, at that time. Besides that, those crimes seemed completely unrelated: During these seven years, 24 people were killed, without any suspect being charged for these crimes. The "Uno bianca" became a sort of fearsome word for everybody. Then something changed: A pool of investigators was assigned the case with complete authority to investigate at 360°. There were some peculiar features for this gang: They were brilliant at shooting AND they used automatic rifles which are very hard to find (In Italy we have severe restrictions on buying weapons). Moreover, they seem to know how the police works, and how to avoid the investigators. To cut a long story short, what came out from the investigations was amazing: The White Uno gang was composed by 6 policemen, all assigned at the Bologna Precinct (questura di Bologna) and all regularly in service during those 7 years. During the trial they said that They just needed more money, so they started robberies and that they didn't like gipsies and black people, so they killed them, just for the fun of it. Nobody really knows if there's something else, behind the "Uno bianca". Unfortunately there are few pictures of the scenes, anyway here they are: |
