He managed to escape before because the cops were so busy being in love with him and his good looks, they looked the other way. If he had been BLACK, they would have had him covered head to foot in chains. More women and girls were slaughtered because of this crap from the cops.

I remember him, It is rumored he buried a girl under the fountain, while it was under construction at University of Puget Sound near my childhood home. My brother used to know Teds brother, he wouldnt talk about him, or admit it to people who didnt already know.
