That seriously looks like an asian infant.. Also it looks like an old photo. not quite black and white, but somewhere in between that and color.

Sad story. Good that his family is getting a 2nd autopsy just in case, but honestly, that picture can't be of him. Btw, if the police's theory is correct, what items did they find in the rolled up mat that he was trying to retrieve?
