Re: A REAL World Trade Center Jumper

Somebody mentioned the stage on the plaza a while back. The stage had covers on the top, where the jumpers passed through, as well as covers on the sides for acoustical reasons. You will get an idea of just how bad the stage was fucked up that day.

Yes, they did. They hit all of that steel tubing and went to pieces.

from their conscious perspective...they never hit the ground...imaging plunging through a sheet at 150 mph, and the other side is death...the transition would be seamless...

Re: A REAL World Trade Center Jumper

Somebody told me a person landed on the Marriot Hotel in a pile of body parts from other jumpers, and lived another 5 minutes. I highy doubt that. I do know of a window washer that fell 47 stories and survived, though it killed his brother.

According to the NY Daily News, the Moreno brothers, Alcides and Edgar, were working on a window-washing platform attached to a skyscraper on E. 66th St., New York, when the platform collapsed on December 7, 2007. The 16-foot-long aluminum swing to the roof failed. Alcides Moreno cheated death after falling from the 47th story of the building, but Edgar didn’t survive.

The doctors performed at least 16 surgeries, because Moreno broke his ribs, both legs and right arm, badly injuring the spine. The medical staff described the victim’s recovery as “miraculous” and “unprecedented.” Doctors predicted that Moreno’s recovery would be complete in one, two years
