Re: A REAL World Trade Center Jumper
Most of the floors of the North Tower above the impact zone were occupied by Cantor Fitzgerald and WotW, so most of the jumpers came from there. (There were very few jumpers from the South Tower.)

It takes me a while to call out Photoshops too but when you work every day every week on it, you can spot it easily. No need to apologise at all Bill, you got it sent to you, not your fault mate!

Re: A REAL World Trade Center Jumper
Maybe some of you have seen this one. Shot of the North Tower shortly after impact. Several of the first jumpers fell from the east face around the impact zone in the offices near the lower parts of the smoke.

Re: A REAL World Trade Center Jumper
Sadly, as Ebneter said, there were a lot of them from Cantor Fitzgerald. People rained down from all four sides of the North Tower for nearly the whole 102 minutes that the North Tower stood. Hell, there were destroyed bodies all over the Marriot's roof acordding to firefighters. Here's a still frame from a video shot by the NYPD helicoptor that was pretty close to the North Tower in several videos. It is grainy, not clear, and not the best in any terms, but you can make out splattered bodies. That is what it is too, it is bodies. I saw a man come down from South face of the North Tower and hit the edge of the Marriot and explode everywhere. |

Re: A REAL World Trade Center Jumper
This is the only info I could find about that picture. I can't find the footage anywhere but here is a still shot from the video. We Hear Sirens Alex Harder 3:00; 2007; USA "A childhood friend of mine escaped the World Trade Center with his life on 9/11/2001. This short is culled from what little but rare footage he was able to capture that day. After some deliberation and time, we both felt that it should be seen in some form. He entrusted the footage to me. This is how the film came about. It is not necessarily a political statement, but images and sounds in memory." http://www.difvf.com/2008program1.html |
