A few more, nothing real graphic. In the picture were you can see part of the WTC plaza, showing a bit on the North Tower, the Marriot Hotel (WTC3), part of the South Tower, and WTC 4, a couple of people were going through the steel tubing of the concert stage, falling from the North Tower. I can only guess where the picture was taken from that shows the WTC and part of the WFC, but it is similar to the video on youtube, called " what we saw " by Bri and Brian. Three were taken on Liberty Street, with two of them looking West, one looking East, and one looking North. The one looking North where you see the two towers and the Marriot was taken just past the the Southern footbridge that went over the Westside Highway connecting the World Trade center and World Financial Center. See the smoke trail left by burning shit ? Look lower on the North Tower. The picture that shows fire on the ground was taken on Liberty Street, and there are big hunks of flesh laying around.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

You can see jumper body parts in this one. Someone asked a while back why I didn't post a picture of a jumper's body, and the answer is there were none. Everyone I have seen exploded on impact with the ground.

I can imagine! Take your time posting them and don't stress. Thank you for being so generous with the pics! :D I have heard that when a plane goes down, there is so much pressure from the drop that most everybody faints on the way down. I hope that's what happened to the jumpers ~ just fade off like they were falling asleep. I hope they didn't have to go through the fear of waiting to hit. :( |

I think they did personaly. They were all very much alive on the way down, and some looked as though they regretted their choice. Let me back up a minute, there were a couple that looked as though they were burnt to a crisp. You ever see a body burned beyond recognition ? They will litteraly start breaking apart at the joints, legs and so on. When they were coming down, their legs and arms looked like that, so they could have been killed by the plane, then pushed out by others that survived trying to get air. At any rate, the ones that were alive tried to make parachutes out of drapes, table cloths, anything they could get their hands on. I'd say some fell out of the building because they were blinded by the smoke. Weird thing is, none of them made a sound on the way down. Just an enormous bang when they hit. You could litteraly here their bones shatter. Kind of sounded like glass. |

Very well could have been I suppose, but wouldn't skydivers have that happen too ? And they jump from much greater heights. The screams that day were from people watching them fall to their deaths. Call me crazy, but it seems as though they didn't want to draw any more attention to themselves than what was already happening.

I have a VHS recording of the CBS New York news from 9/11 that I started recording right after the second plane hit and I left it recording until the tape ran out. If someone could tell me the best way to upload VHS it I'd be happy to. it's a few hours of coverage so I would have to edit a lot. There's obviously no gore since it's network TV but some of it is worth uploading, a few shots of multiple jumpers, the pair of jumpers that were holding hands is on there. A family member of mine also recorded the NBC coverage from Texas.
