The uniforms are British. And if you look in the circle at the top of the pic, there is the beginning of an 0800 phone number, which is also british

Guess this was my JFK moment because I remember exactly where I was when this happened. It was still August 30 in the USA my sons second bday... I was in the shower and the next thing I know my ex came flying in the bathroom like a bat out of hell crying so much I could barely make out what he was trying to say... And thats before they said she was dead.. at that point they just said she broke her arm You british people sure have a thing for your royalty. Never seen anything like that.
