Help if I ask, volunteer, but if you don't know what the fuck you're doing or if I haven't told you to do something, then you're just walking around and videoing the victims for reasons known only to you and that irritates me.

Your right situation dictates and here resources are scarce. I guess I'm just judging too much from this video. This guy seems to be worried about filming more on scene than actually providing treatment. I've been in ems for 3 years now and prior to that army. It's good people are willing to help. Id just like to see more initiative of people actually providing treatment or getting them off the x to higher medical care.. but we dont live in a perfect world. Maybe implementing some plans in big events for their ems standing by to have more trauma kits with quick clot, tq's, chest seals, burn dressings ect... more things to address battlefield injuries since shootings have been more frequent. Reminder for every ems agency to go over mci again.

Oh and flashlights.. carry your damn light and preferably one you can used as an improvised weapon for blunt force trauma just in case

Looks like a bump fire stock on the AR style platform w/o the bipod... Initially I was thinking that he had a trigger "crank" installed or filed the sear in the trigger assembly. Check out "bump fire stock" on YouTube if you are unfamiliar with how they work. Perfectly legal (for now) if I'm not mistaking. It's always a shame to see things like this happen. God be with them all.
