Re: Pictures & Videos From The Mass Shooting at Las Vegas Concert

Stick to the truth and get facts straight first and you won’t get groaned at. The killer fired from a building 27 stories up. Bunkered in, in a hotel room. How the fuck could anyone who carried at that concert have prevented this? Should all just fired at random up at the building?
I’m sure if the perp had been man enough to try this on the ground he would have failed to killed so many. He was a coward and a retarded idiot who converted to Islam and did this in its name. Let that sink in.
The problem is you're a gun obsessed nation. A random nutter here in the UK would find it almost impossible to get his hands on one assault riffle let alone 10. Owning a gun in the US is like owning a fishing rod in the UK. Let that sink in.

So your nutters in the UK use lorries and kitchen knifes. So much for threat-elimination with relation to mass-deadly-assaults.

Because it’s a piece of cake to kill 58 people and injure over 500 single handedly with a kitchen knife. Happens ALL the time around here

Oh, and since we're going on about laws preventing problems. It's also illegal to break a hotel's windows...

Re: Pictures & Videos From The Mass Shooting at Las Vegas Concert

Hey asshole, unregulated fully-automatic weapons have been illegal since 1934.

This fucktard likely ILLEGALY converted his firearms to full-automatic operation. So please, tell me, what NEW law could be passed to ensnare scofflaws such as this?

Please finish crying before you respond logically.
Your comment very accurately explains why the developed world despises and is baffled by US gun-culture. In the face of unparalleled bloodshed, technicalities are cited to deliberately cloud the real issue - the resistance to enforcement of any regulation. This isn't about the second amendment. It's commerce. Any effort by the government or any organization to dis-enthral the American public to the uncivil appeal of firearms is fought by the firearm lobby by all means it can muster.

I may not support gun-obsession, but I know more than you think.
You are wrong in believing that you cannot own fully automatic weapons in the United States - many states outlaw them absolutely, but not all. And legally, it only applies to weapons manufactured before May of 1986. A Class III dealer i.e., FFL01+SOT can sell to you or transfer ownership to you of a machine gun once you complete the (year-long) FBI and BATFE background checks. The dealer simply fills out the Form 4 and you pay him the $200 NFA transfer stamp tax. It might take a while, but it's very possible.
My entire family are gun-enthusiasts and NRA members; my less-than-beloved uncle is a registered Class III gun dealer who legally operates domestically and internationally; he regularly and legally transfers ownership or sells military weaponry to US citizens and clients abroad (e.g., foreign government law enforcement or military specialists in countries with whom it is legal to conduct business.)

But legality isn't the point, is it? There are always conversions of firearms to fully automatic regularly, illegally or not. The NRA and it's lobby will never make an effort to suggest limitations on gun ownership for any reason, despite the need for enforceable registration and some form of legal license renewal. You need it for possessing a lion or a tiger - you need it for gun ownership too. I already know the response, but go ahead - insult away.

He could have used a bump fire stock.
Possibly, but a bump-fire would have sounded more "bumpy"... with breaks between rounds. That fella was full-auto, IMO.

Re: Pictures & Videos From The Mass Shooting at Las Vegas Concert

Until Europe can get its rabid muzzie population under control and get them to stop slitting women's throats every other Tuesday, you can all shut the fuck up.

Every country has their problems, but trust me when I say this, no American REALLY gives two fucks what a European has to say.

You wanna have the gun control chat? Go to the fucking POLITICS board. This thread is for pictures and videos of the incident. Which might I say, is seriously lacking in the gore department.

This is a tragedy, but it's reality nonetheless. So post some real pictures and videos as you might find them PLEASE.

Edit:doing my part to try to find material as well.

Re: Pictures & Videos From The Mass Shooting at Las Vegas Concert

I'm not "pro gun" haven't owned one in years, and I'm not "driven by culture" to have them. I just use rational thinking and logic when seeing both sides of the argument.

So save me the tired old "poverty creates dindus" bullshit. People driven to murder will do it by any means necessary. Guns don't change it. Brazil is a prime example of that.
You want to be rational then get through your thick skull that 10 automatic guns in a hotel with the intention of mass murder for the sake of it is fucking rationally impossible to understand unless you're american. It doesn't matter if mine or any other country has crime rates it matters that the gun thing is completely insane.

PS: I didn't even give you the poor talk, thanks again for jumping into conclusions. We're still the 10th richest country in the world with one of the largest populations even after we got robbed of billions.

I applaud your background. You are indeed fortunate.

Great, your uncles know the right path. I never said it is "impossible" to get legal automatic weapons in the USA. It's hard and expensive to do so, thanks to acts from the Reagan-era. I said it's hard to get them "LEGALLY", for us law-abiding folks. For anyone who has enough time and/or money, they can get shit like this. You and I can't.
Your uncles don't matter in that equation.
