Fuck me that sucks, and that BASTARDI family, I know they are pissed and hurt, but for fucks sake. Daniel Schuler lost his wife, his baby girl & even though it doesn't say I feel quite certain his son is totally fucked (in the hospital for 4 months with head injury?) and brother Lance lost his 3 little girls.

For them to sue those people, who have nothing left, and what do the expect to get from Daniel Schuler?? His brain damaged son's trust fund from the HBO special? Shitrags... Sorry about their dad but he was 81 fucking years old, the two other dad's lost their entire world that day.

Everybody who saw her said she was not drunk at all, something is wrong about this.

Hmmm picture 4 and 10 on the counter is that beer or wine coolers or is that kids softdrinks? It seems a lot of beer for one person and enough pop for kids? I don't know what kind of packaging that is!

I think it's sad that the brother is being sued just because he was the registered owner of the van she was driving. They are really trying to get anything they can even though money won't bring your family back.

That was a good documentary, it's on HBO's website still if anyone has the channel - you can log onto the HBO GO and watch it. I looked for more photos a while back also and wasn't able to find any other than the ones included in the documentary.

The woman worked all the time and had young children around her constantly. Of course she smoked pot and drank - she had no time to unwind and relax. It's sad that she chose that way to deal with the stress and killed all of those people.

The couple that lost all three of their children in the accident have had another child recently as well.

I know! Danny, Diane's husband is suing Diane's brother Warren! Warren owned the van Diane was driving, so Danny is suing him and saying there was something wrong with it, and Warren is liable because he was the owner. Never mind that Diane killed all three of Warren's daughters in the accident. And Danny is suing the state of NY because he says the roads were not labeled clearly. That doesn't seem right.

Yes, I heard they are pregnant. That is good - will bring some joy into their life.

It was an excellent documentary! I watched it a few times. Out of morbid curiousity, I looked for other pictures, but only found the ones included in the documentary.
