They did. Survivors stated they were thrown a couple of feet across the room as the building lurched on impact. Scary stuff. The book '102 Minutes' descibes the utter horrors of that day. Well worth a read!

i believe they were referring to the jumpers not feeling anything when landing ...which they didn't

I have a video showing the jumpers.

Also have video taken that day of the fire department in the first tower listening to the jumpers hit the roof of the mezzinine. It was BOOOM BOOM BOOOM and they would all look up in silence.
