The shot that this guy took to the mouth likely took out his internal carotid artery on the side of the mouth it struck…this is the likely explanation for the volume of blood you see that is clearly arterial blood. Or, it could be oxygenated lung blood. Hard to tell. My guess is this guy is on a ventilator brain dead right now. The vacant stare in his eyes tells it all...

Its common for law enforcement to cuff suspects in situations like this. They even cuffed the virginia tech shooter when they bagged him and brought him in for autopsy

My only problem is that they only shot him four times. I couldn't be a cop because I'd have ordered all of my men to empty their magazines into this douchcanoe.
