I actually felt sorry for the poor bastard when I heard him speak about what happened! Bloody pathos! Now who can tell if it was an accident, i think hes a crazy idiot who thinks too highly of himself, and who can tell if they had a fight and he shot her. Id be surprised if he went to jail over it though.

This photo IS NOT the same toilet. It may be another one in his house, but most certainly not the one she was killed in. There is no basin in the one she died in.

Replying to my own post. After listening to him testify for a week, I'm heading more in the direction that he did know it was her and he's fabricated the story. His story has been inconsistent throughout, changing it to suit and not remembering what he said when...over and over. I still don't know, have to see the rest of the defences case.
