Re: Oscar Pistorius & Reeva Steenkamp Crime Scene Photos
Guilty! I believe it was said that he yelled for her to call the police as he went towards the door. If I believe there's an intruder im gonna shake my partner awake and make sure their up to call the police while I get my gun. He shoulda known she was not in the bed. Or once he fired one shot how did he not here her yell or scream in pain. The first shot was not the fatal shot.

Re: Oscar Pistorius & Reeva Steenkamp Crime Scene Photos
I've been following the trial and this is a really tough one to make my mind up on. I do find it hard to believe that someone would open fire into a closed toilet in the dark when they have not checked where their girlfriend is. I also find it easy to believe that he was ridiculously nervous about personal security and was known to be paranoid about it. He'd had other occurrences where he'd drawn his weapon to the sound of the washing machine in the laundry. He was extremely prone to worrying about this. Then again, I find it strange that Reeva took her phone into the toilet, and locked it at 3:00am while her boyfriend slept. I think if I were on that jury I'd have a hard time convicting him for pre-meditated murder beyond a reasonable doubt....

Why? Why is this oversharing? The site is called "Documenting Reality", and I commented on this with the reality of this trials effect on me. Are you just disagreeing with everything I post for the fuck of it now? |
