The judge says there is a reasonable doubt that he knew she was the one in the bathroom, so, she can't find him guilty. I am putting my money on him being found guilty of culpable homocide and all weapons and ammo charges tomorrow. He'll still do some decent time

The sentence for culpable homicide is a maximum of 15 years in jail. Legal experts say seven to 10 years is more likely. That, along with the weapons and ammunition charges, I think he'll do a dime, at least.

PTSD-esque reactions? If you don't mind me asking, surfaces. Just why exactly would hearing South African accents set off symptoms resembling some kind of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in you? I mean, did you have some kind of horrible experience in South Africa or something?  No need to respond if it's something a bit too personal, I was just curious as to why a mere accent alone would send someone into a "PTSD-esque" state. |

Reasonable doubt I've watched every minute of the trial and heard every piece of evidence. I agree with the judge on this, but it doesn't mean I don't think he knew it was her - I believe he knew. But, there just isn't enough evidence to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. He's not just walking away, he'll be found guilty on a lesser charge than premeditated murder, thats all.
