Not sure how it is now since I traveled through but new Mexico is a open carry state. Not sure how he managed to holster that ar 15 pistol (sorry.. "pistol") then fold open the stock and fire. While I feel bad for the cop he didn't seem to care much but then again being in the state he is in, seeing a gun on someone's waist openly isn't uncommon. Either way nobody won in this situation  |

Listening to that blood pour out..with a vehicle that high, he should have made sure the suspect was visible the entire time he was exiting the vehicle. What a terrible way to go
