Libyans quality of life was much higher under gaddafi than it is today. Under gaddafi lybian's had free health care and decent social services that provided them with food and shelter. Today many lybians are living without electricty, plumbing and are struggling to feed and shelter themselves.

Same thing will happen to syria if assad falls.

Lybia is in worse shape without him. now it is militants causing destruction and chaos in Lybia. People are having a hard time receiving basic services such as water and sanitation services.

Under Ghadafi lybians had free healthcare and education.

Not saying he was angel, but its better to deal with donkey you know instead of one that is even worse.
You can chalk this up to Obama's brilliance in foreign affairs, too.
