Only dictators in oil rich countries who aren't friendly with the West gets the shaft. It is why the US and Europe will not go after the Syrian dictator or the one in Bahrain because it is not in their interests to do so. It's just the way it is. You can be a dictator in your own oil rich kingdom but you have to be friendly with the West and you get to keep the wealth and powers inside your country.

the revovler the one guy has, and from what i hear the one that shot him in the head. looks pretty big, at least a .44/454 ruger or .460/.500 sw magnum. im pretty good with guns, and thems there rebels got some pretty decent handguns.
