According to the police officer. Witnesses say the officer pulled Brown into the vehicle by his arm to take the box of cigars he stole and cuff him. Brown resisted the aggression, shots went off, hit him in the hand and he ran. Until more shots were fired. He turned around, began to surrender, and the officer perceived him as a threat. Last shot hit the top of his skull while he recoiled from a shot to the face. Fucking christ.

According to the police officer? Yeah, according to the police officer. Well, according to the police officer and all the physical evidence as well. And what's that you say about witnesses? What witnesses? Oh, you must mean the witnesses who CONFESSED TO LYING about what they did and did not see that day, while under oath. In fact, many even tried to continue lying while under oath as well. Changing their stories right there on the witness stand 4, 5 or 6 different times.

Strangely, there was one person's testimony that never changed. Even stranger < well, at least for a case that was built on blatant lies and media bias ) that same person's testimony consistently lined up with both, the physical, and forensic evidence. I bet you can't guess who that person is. Here's a hint, it wasn't Michael Brown's friend Dorian Johnson. In my opinion, not that it means much, but Officer Wilson did what he was supposed to do. From what I understand, Michael Brown stole from a store, roughed up the owner, and then he tried to rush a cop? If that big kid was coming after me and my gun, I would have shot him too. All of the shots that hit him, hit him in the front, and exited the back. He wasn't running away, he was running towards.
