What you may be thinking of is Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, which just looking at his photo looks like he does have characteristics. A lower bridge to the nose, smaller eyes and a thin upper lip. But I am not an expert.

The U.S does have gun laws moron. It gets so tiring hearing foreigners say that. You people honestly believe that you can buy a gun without an ID at a convenience store here. What NEVER seems to get through your thick skulls is that almost every firearm used in shootings like this were legal and purchased legally. Gun laws are not the answer. You gave the answer yourself and you don't even realize it. YES, all of the signs were there beforehand. He should have been at the very least taken into custody for an evaluation. At which time they would have concluded he was bat shit crazy and could have taken action before this happened. If law enforcement were focusing on things like that instead of antifa rallies and social justice warriors, perhaps they could stop things like this from happening. That is if he is even the shooter. Some are saying they were looking at him or talking to him WHILE shots were being fired and it wasn't him. Be VERY careful what you believe. If you are so eager to truly help out, post some of the numbers on how many of these people were on mental medications (which are supposed to make people sane. Yeah, it's working great isn't it?). There is an opiod epidemic right now. People are FINALLY learning what I could have told them 30 years ago. Pain pills are addictive! Wow, who'da thunk it? So, now, the whole pharmaceutical industry is having to eat their own words from when they did marketing on saying pain pills were not addictive and you CAN take them daily with no draw backs. Pharmaceutical reps were going to doctors and encouraging them to over prescribe pain pills because they were harmless. My point? Just wait until people wake up and realize that mental medications are what is causing the VAST majority of the mental PROBLEMS in the world. A reckoning is coming if people will just wake up! Finally, the U.S. will NEVER follow the path that other countries have taken on gun control or anything else. So, get over it. While many countries like yours for instance are committing suicide by islam, we see the dangers and are doing everything possible to keep it away from our shores. For you foreigners saying that American's guns should be confiscated, I always say the same thing. Come and try it yourself. Get a passport, hop a flight and come to the U.S. Go door to door asking people to hand over their firearms to you. Let's see how that works for you cupcake! |

Thank you! You have restored my faith in Australia. For some reason there is ALWAYS someone from your country who makes a statement that we have NO gun laws in the U.S., we should give up our guns, etc. It's good to see that not all of you have bought into the propaganda over there! I can remember at least 3 people from Australia on the internet in the past making the comment that we have NO gun laws in the U.S. Could you please check the water supply over there and let us know the outcome? Lol! |

Well, he confessed though. So I think it's him. Plus he was hiding in plain sight for months saying he was going to kill people, he aspired to be like the first school shooter in 1966 from Texas. The signs were there. He fell through the cracks. I agree with you though, we already have laws to enforce without creating new laws.
