Re: Mass Shooting Inside Pulse Nightclub, Orlando Terrorist Shooting
Part of me wants to see all of the bodies to see the wounds that resulted in their deaths (that's always fascinated me), but another part of me doesn't out of respect. I don't give a fuck about muslims or ISIS, this was a hate crime. If he really wanted to do it in the name of ISIS, he could have attacked a more political, well-known or government-controlled area, not a gay nightclub. I don't know. This whole thing has hit me pretty hard. One of the victims looks like a gay friend of mine (it's not him), reading up on the victims, seeing the final videos some posted before the shooting started, survivors starting to talk and what the families are trying to say through their tears... I need to get shit-faced. |

Re: Mass Shooting Inside Pulse Nightclub, Orlando Terrorist Shooting
It wasn't a hate crime it was a terrorist act, he targeted them because it is the world he knew. He was a regular there and knew the layout and that they would provide minimal resistance to his acts. What ever mosque he was at, the preacher should be arrested and everyone their put on a watch list because they were obviously converting terrorists there. Also high casualties happened because of Law Enforcements lack of response, engaging 3 hours later... |

Re: Mass Shooting Inside Pulse Nightclub, Orlando Terrorist Shooting
That's a false dicotomy. Everything done in the name of radical Islam is a "hate crime". This club was targeted because of Islamic beliefs. Saying he could have picked a better target is like saying Ted Bundy isn't all that bad because at least he picked females but Dahmer was clearly the deviant because he chose males. Radical Islam is about a controlling way of life, from who you marry, to who you are allowed to love, what you are allowed to do at every hour of the day... and if you don't, they hate you and want you dead. This isn't the American-version of a hate crime, because these assholes hate EVERYTHING that isn't them. So a "government area" is the same as the GLBT club to them. Both are abhorred, both are targets and both are equally treated as infidels who should be brought to death, but only one results in massive casualties. Government and political targets, you are lucky to get one or two deaths (if any), let alone 49. Acting like his choice of targets affects the reasoning behind it, is like rationalizing that a burger isn't a burger because you don't want mustard on it. |

Re: Mass Shooting Inside Pulse Nightclub, Orlando Terrorist Shooting
1) Why do these deaths not bother me? Does anyone else understand death is much better than being on earth. 2) Confirmed 2-shooters, I have a personal connection to this incident. 3) Muslims couldn't care less about gay people, most spend their time praying or will ignore a queer (if they aren't interested) 4) THis is Documenting Reality where tf are the pix of this shot up club, less feeling mor fotos 5) Cant w8 for "Liberal" losers and f@gs to create more separation in our country. Of course this was a hate crime, he hated himself for being gay. I'm sure if someone was a little nicer to him he wouldn't have done what he did. If this was an ISIS orchestrated hate crime they would've attacked a Pride event like SF or NYC not a shit club in Orlando now commencing Martial Law in the land of the free. |

Re: Mass Shooting Inside Pulse Nightclub, Orlando Terrorist Shooting
His idea of a rational argument is to quote a bunch of obscure statistics...as if pooling 500 random people together, asking them the same few questions, and of course assuming their answers are candid, is an acurate representation of the entire populace. Its not impressive. |
