Re: Martin Luther King Death & Crime Scene Photos ( VERY RARE )
I stopped by the museum in Memphis last Summer. They did a great job restoring everything (including a pretty scuzzy neighborhood), the motel and balcony where MLK was shot, the room where James Earl Ray shot MLK, all the evidence, even the car JER drove away in was there. It was neat being able to see the actual distances involved and location...JER was really close with that 30-06 and a scope. The only thing I didn't really like was the ham handed civil rights museum down stairs. They should have just left it as a museum devoted to the assassination instead of forcing the civil rights aspect down your throat.

Re: Martin Luther King Death & Crime Scene Photos ( VERY RARE )
The truth is that Martin Luther King did care and believed in what was right. He wasn't perfect but he did for all. We are better for his leadership. Unfortunately the white and black leadership does not care for what is Martin's message. He didn't ask for anything but an EVEN board. Nothing special, nothing given....just even. Evey one else has broken his message and ruined the platform! I don't like our idiot society that has given up on our youth! IT'S NOT ABOUT DROPPING THE EXPECTATION, it's about expecting the best from us ALL!

Yeah...The part about the scraping blood and putting it in a jar kind of fascinated me for some reason. I never would have thought of someone doing that. Add that one to the odd factoid section of my memory warehouse. I wonder if it has ever come up for sale on ebay. Weird. |
