No one has shot up a school here. There have been some 'massacres' but are usually done by arson, someone drove a car down a mall, or someone taking out their family. There have been a total of 12 since 1996.
ONE of them was with a prohibited shotgun (as old as 1997). His total? 4.

The normal beat cops don't in the UK but there is the Armed Response Unit who are trained and carry. Most of the time they don't have to use them but there have been occasions.
