NAMES OF THE DEFENDANTS IN LIAM PAYNE CASE : Ezequiel David Pereyra, 21 years old, hotel employee. Braian Nahuel Páez, 24 years old, dealer. Rogelio "Roger" Luis Nores, 36 years old, charged with abandonment of a person. On October 2 in a high-end restaurant in Buenos Aires, Payne met a 24-year-old waiter Braian Nahuel Paiz. The pair later exchanged Instagram messages, with Payne using a secret account. In an interview with TV station Telefe Noticias, Paiz later claimed Payne was seeking to buy drugs. They went on to spend time together in the days leading up to Payne’s death, Paiz saying they spent the time taking drugs and listening to the singer’s unreleased music. Paiz last saw the singer two days before his death, when he asked Payne to come to meet a friend of his, who was a fan. Paiz denies supplying drugs to the singer. The Argentinian attorney general alleges that Paiz, one of three people charged in relation to Payne’s death, is responsible for distributing ‘two clearly verified supplies [of cocaine] during two different times’ Paiz and two others remain under investigation by the Argentinian authorities. After Braian Nahuel Paiz was charged in connection to Liam Payne’s sudden death at 31, he exclusively told Us Weekly how he plans to cooperate fully with the ongoing police investigation. “I want to contribute everything: my phone, everything to the investigation,” Paiz exclusively told Us. “I have nothing that can harm me. ... The other thing is to contribute what I saw personally and what I experienced firsthand." Paiz has yet to testify to prosecutors, but he plans to share everything he witnessed. According to Paiz, he hopes that “justice [will] be served.” Payne, best known as one-fifth of British boy band One Direction, fell to his death from a third-story Buenos Aires hotel balcony last month. An autopsy revealed that Payne sustained multiple injuries involving internal and external hemorrhage and had various drugs in his system. Liam Payne, who left fans heartbroken with his sudden demise, has been snapped having a chat with the man accused of providing him drugs in a new CCTV footage obtained by the Argentinian police. Liam can be seen coming out from the lift, initiating a conversation with the hotel’s worker, who was accompanied by two other colleagues. The singer can be seen shaking hands before heading back to his room. Seemingly, the clip was captured three hours before the star fell to his death. Moreover, the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office shared that one of the accused who “accompanied the artist on a daily basis during his stay in the city of Buenos Aires charged with the crimes of abandonment of a person followed by death.” One of the hotel employee has been charged with “two proven supplies of cocaine to Liam Payne during the period he was at the hotel”. Furthermore, the prosecutor office also revealed that the third person is a dealer of narcotics, who has been “charged with two other clearly proven supplies at two different times on 14 October.” Some outlets also write that the police has footage of Lian fainting just before the fall. |

He died from the fall and drugs supposedly.... but his body doesn't look like any I've seen on this server even that died from a fall. It looks like he was shot and thrown over a balcony. I wonder what the actual truth is. Thanks for the images. Wasn't a fan of his but sad to see such a young life taken.

He didn't really fall that far (compared to people you see on here who intentionally jump from high buildings). He was probably just trying to get onto the balcony below him (he'd thrown a bag with a bottle of whiskey in it onto it) so he could get out of the hotel, dodge the police and ambulance and continue his binge. It wasn't the first time he'd done it. There's no conspiracy here, just a very high, drunk dude trying to escape from a balcony. It didn't pan out this time. |

The escaping from the balcony was something they all used to do in the 1D days, as they would seemingly be locked in the room by management so they couldn't get up to anything. As you say, he did what he has probably done many times, but being high and drunk, he misjudged and fell.

How are others being charged with manslaughter over this? How is him getting wasted on a bender and falling off a balcony anyone else’s fault?
