These pictures were extremely difficult for me to look at. But it does capture the reality of the situation. I could almost feel her suffering as I look at her in the pictures. Everyone really. I hope the fucker who did it burns in hell for eternity. RIP and condolences to the family of all of the victims.

These pics are horrific, but at least they are the truth.

Ugh, I hope you're wrong. I mean, I'm from Boston and this is so painful for me. I'm hoping these pictures show a span of seconds. You're right about the nurse saying he was with her before she died and that she died instantly. That haunts me because we can see from the pics that he wasn't. I hope the family never sees those pics. Who does that??
