Fucking shit stains like him or any of the serial killers who show no mercy for their victims should get the same and then some. Skin them alive, dismember them starting from the toes up joint by joint with no anesthetic. Have plenty of smelling salts on hand to make sure their last hours on earth ate ten times more painful and terrifying as their victims.
