The prosecutor is going to be on her again starting tomorrow and I'm sure he will bring up the stabbing and slitting his throat, unlike her attorney did!

Did she stab or shoot him first? If she shot him first, it would mean he didn't suffer for long and could be grounds for life in prison and not the death penalty.

Contentious issue between both sides (See Day 3 of the trial) I believe she shot him toward the end of the slaughter and was conscious when she stabbed him in the chest and probably drowsy and lapsing when she cut his throat
