Pics 1 and 3 are the same picture flipped. The position of the face indicates that unless he was decapitated, which he wasn't, there is no room for the body to be attached.

Theres a white line around his head. Its photoshopped. I am a huge fan of James Dean but his beautiful head would of had a bruise at the very least

If you look from photo to photo, the face moves. In one it's looking to the left. In the circled one, it is looking almost straight at the camera. Also, to be at that angle the body would have to be in a back bend of some sort. Perhaps the photos captured his ghost?
