I did spend a year working in an outpatient mental hospital called St. Elizabeth's Hospital. Just like in the movie, One Flow Over the Cuckoo's Nest. I work in IT, which means, I'm a silly geeks who tries to be the coolest guy in town (I don't wear glasses though). I'm a history buff, like you, especially modern stuff (WWI & II, Depression, Cold War). Avid reader of true crime and crime fiction (which led me to DR). Have read many classics (Leo Tolstoy, Charles Dickens, DH Lawrence--hated Jane Austin, though). Voracious reader of science materials.

I love to write fiction and true crime stuff. And, no, I haven't tried to publish anything because I am, well, timid.*sniffle*

Let me stop. I'm ramblin. Honestly. I'm not a geek. Ask my friends (yeah right, like you really know my friends)

Sometimes I talk a lot (seldom).

How about you, lovely drone. You like science?

With that kind of fast reading, do you really pick up material? I mean, I read fast, too, but I find it more relaxing to move at a slow pace. But that's me. Oh, by the way, I ain't no crazoid either. Just to let you know. You impressed me when you told me you read a lot and you're really deep into the intellect thing. That hooked me, immediately. Sometime, when I'm talking to coworkers, I go off on a tangent about things, and they say, "What the Sam Hill are you talking about? Speak earthling talk!"

Listen, where are you from? I live in the great state of Maryland, in the United States, just outside of Washington DC. And, yes, I hate the fuck out politics. It sucks ass.

Oh, live me over, I would have a time talking with you. Are you into the metaphysical thing? You know, supernatural stuff, afterlife stuff, ghosts, gobblins (kidding about the gobblin stuff).

How do you feel about it, death, that is. Well, first of all, are you associated with any religion, 'cause I don't want to step on your foot about anything. I was born and raised a Catholic, spent twelve years of my life in Catholic schools, and I'm still wondering if it was all worth it! So how about you, beautiful one, what's your take on religion?
