Very interesting thread. I just finished writing a short story about the "Alphabet Killer" aka the "Double Initial Killer" that raped and murdered 3 young girls in Rochester NY in 1972 and 1973. During the course of my research I found many interesting facts that actually lead me to believe he continued to rape and murder children in California. I won't go in to detail in this post, but if anyone is interested, or would like a copy of the story, let me know.

I would love it. And what are your thoughts on the Oakland County Child Killer (The Babysitter) And the Lewis/ Clark serial? Both cases are fascinating. Especially the OOCK, so many layers....from Fox Island to the DNA match this year, if I am correct. |

Look trutv.com serial killers. All kinds of info available. Sixties and Seventies set the standard for serial killers. The absolute worst fuckers are not even famous.

I love tru's crime library. Did you read Holmolka/ Bernado's in there? That was one sick SOB. I just like to hear other people's take on it though. I gave her the link to this one blogger Michelle, who writes her take on it, short and sweet, few paragraphs, mostly about unsolved murderers. If you like to check it out, you won't be disappointed! I've read alot, though I don't recall what you are talking. Send me a link. Whats tragic is most of these fucks should have been caught before the were. Many were questioned and let go till years later. Or some were arrested and escaped. Both are hard to comprehend.

I can only contribute with the closest to what can be called a serial killer here in Denmark, we haven't really had any kinds of huge killingsprees here except for the ones from bikers, but that was just momentary rage. The name of the Woman is Dagmar Overbye, she worked as a daycare for the poor and destitute, the orphaned, or abandoned children. The reason she did it was to be gaining money from it, and when she didn't see the child fit to stay anymore she'd either strangle the child, drown it, or just directly throw it in the incenarator no questions or second thoughts whatsoever, She didn't have that many lives on her concience, but the nature of the crimes seems to speak for themselves as to how she is viewed I guess I'll post a link to a site about her from one of our Newsbearus, you'll have to translate it yourselves, or just read the story posted beforehand http://finans.tv2.dk/nyheder/article...ye/?id=8150940 |
