Fire at Kiss Santa Maria Brazil Nightclub
The*fire at the Kiss nightclub*was a tragedy that killed 242 people*and injured 636 others at the Kiss nightclub, located in the city of*Santa Maria, in the Brazilian state of*Rio Grande do Sul. The tragedy occurred dawn of January 27, 2013, and was caused by a series of human actions that are still being verified by the competent authorities. Attention, the following video shows the tragic moment inside the nightclub and contains strong scenes.

Lots of blood curdling screams. I guess those were screams of panic due to crowd stampede and crushing conditions?

Yes because it was a desperate situation. People didn't know what to do because it was already dark and there was no emergency or exit sign. The only visible sign was from the bathrooms.  |

information error lol but the accused were arrested and released and to this day the families are trying to arrest those involved.  |
