In the pictures of Rader hanging from the tree, he admitted to Lt. Landwehr that he almost choked himself to death that day. He forgot to rig an emergency release for the cord. If only it had happened, lives could have been saved. I lived in fear of BTK for years and years. When he was finally arrested, the sight of him almost made me laugh out loud. Dog catcher got caught!  |

What I remember about BTK was that he got caught in such a dumbass Darwin way. He sends a floppy disk to the newspaper that ties back to him and his church? Cocky! And I remember a story where some woman from his church confided in him that she was scared of BTK meanwhile HE WAS THE BTK but he didn't mess with her.

maybe you should look into these cases a bit harder: Rader DID kill children(11 year old girl?); Gacy killed teenagers and young men.

I am almost speechless. These were some crazy and demented photos. Not so much as the ones of the actual bodies, but the reinactments by the murderer himself. Weird and disturbing.  |
