Utterly insane hard-core leftists that run that city have pretty much just said hey we're not gonna prosecute crime anymore and so if you have a business it will be loaded and people are being robbed constantly and the cops are literally not doing anything.

San Francisco is no different than any other large city. I live a few hours away so I've been there a lot. He was well known so it got more publicity than someone less known would get. I will ads that No one deserves to die like that, but walking aline at 2:30am. That was stupid. I don't care where it is. He was a guy alone so some sleeve bag saw aversion walking alone. He would have been safer on skid row, at least there are people around 24/7

This wasn't a random crime. Bob Lee knew his killer. The person who killed him is Nima Momeni. Bob Lee had been having an affair with Momenis sister who was married. He found out that Bob and Momenis sister were using drugs together. A few hours before Momeni killed him they were seen arguing. An autopsy showed cocaine and Ketamine in his blood. It was a horrible murder, and no one deserves that, but before blaming a city you've probably never been to, do some research.

Having lived in California mainly in Los Angeles through the late 80's into the early 90's I can say it wasn't the smartest thing to be doing that late at night, especially alone. He should have realized that having lived in California himself. The streets don't play, you make a mistake and sometimes the lesson learned ends up to be your final lesson. R.I.P. to Mr. Lee and my condolences to his family.
