Yea I've taken years of criminal justice but that doesn't mean I understand a lot of it. I guess he had some sort of responsibility, or negligence. Still kinda' dumb though. Like, if I set a gun on a table and someone picks it up and kills someone with it, that's not my fault. You know?

We live in a world where people are willing to die for video game consoles. The year this happened was the year Wii was not only in high demand but also sold out most places so I'm sure people would have been willing to do stupider and more dangerous things for one. I think last year two Darwin Award nominees shot each other to death on Black Friday... in a Toys 'R Us. Never ceases to amazes me although it should.
