It’s hilarious how so many people are so quick to defend what they don’t understand. Oh the same video game I play can’t possibly influence another person in a different way. How arrogant are you to try and establish reality? Reality is subjective and it’s not up to you to decide what’s good for others. I would love to see the look on the eyes of an ignorant parent, who’s child turns on them, because he’s lost complete touch with reality; resulting from weak dna passed on through inferior beings, thus turning him into “screen-sucker.”

I think he is being sarcastic. That is always the line being used, has been since video games were a thing. Looking back at early video games, particularly home computer games like the Commodore 64, and how terrible the graphics were, how that could make someone be considered violent is beyond me.

The Jacksonville Landing has been a shit hole for a long time, which is a shame because it used to be a pretty happening place years ago. This shooting (though not the first) was the final nail in the coffin and they tore the whole venue down starting late last year and wrapped early this year.

On an unrelated note: Does anyone know why they seemingly randomly released these photographs? I remember it being covered as it was happening on a morning TV show live. It was weird and I was incredibly, extraordinarily fascinated by mass shootings at the time.
