It is not a fake. The face looks fuller and smoother, because the skin of the face was peeled-down and up again (a long vertical scar on the temple is acutally the opening to peel the face to remove the top of the skull to examine and weigh the brain. The tatooed forearm is on the left arm. :-(

May he rest in peace. My deepest condolences to his family. Chris is there any chance you could remove these pictures it only adds to the trauma that his family feel. thanks
