I read what had been said about this case, with particular reference to Scarlett and links from British newspapers.

Firstly, I don't know how you can back up your statement with links to English 'gutterpress' papers. It says her mother was jailed, yadda yadda.....It might well have said she'd given birth to aliens on planet zarg and it would have carried the same credibility. Anything written in both the Daily Mail and especially the Daily Mirror cannot be described as coming close to factual reporting.

I accept that this girl wrote a diary exposing her sex and drug journey, it looks like adolecsent experimentation to me. I cannot remember the poster who stated that if this were a boy, if he'd shagged x amount of girls, well, I'm sure he would receive a good ol' slap on the back for scoring more notches on the bed post.

Personally I fail to see how anyone, based on gender, race, sexual persuasion, drug abuser, culture etc deserves to be murdered. I looked at the pictures, and no child deserves that. I was promiscuous in my youth, I got seriously stoned and fucked up on drugs for a long time, experimented to the max BUT I don't think any of my actions would warrant me getting brutally raped and murdered. My family would have agreed with that, and no matter what the mother has done, she's still lost a child.

I rest my case.

What the fuck does it matter if she did drugs or slept around? She was only 15 and was brutally killed. Some people on here just disgust me.

Whatever the girl did in life and yes she kept a diary, she was someone's daughter and somebody or more than one person beat the shit out of her and it appears her face was sliced with a machete. She didn't drown. I saw a reference to that in the autopsy. They said they couldn't rule it out, but, it's easy to do. Was there water in her lungs? I seriously doubt it. I'm glad I'm in the US with no plans of going to India. My heart goes out to her family and to everyone who loses a child or children, way before their time. May all of these babies and children rest in peace.

What no person since has realised, is that evolution changes. Yes, it is a shame that a 15 yr old become such a victim of a horrendous attack. But who left their 15 yr old on Goa, so that the rest of the clan could tour the rest of India?

It was the mother.

It is also the mother that apart from a learned 'way' inherited from her parent,-namely the mother because Fiona's own father fucked off to escape.,. And those same traits mirrored the ways of Ms MacKeown, and those same decadent ways and teaching, become projected upon everyone of her her own, fatherless children.

Hence that is why the Indian authorities are about to plant a "Parental neglect" charge upon that mother for her failure to parent her children, if, she returns to Goa.

The mother mole is a dole grabber. And also a dole fraudulent. A CSA lover. Anything in fact, that brings her money to do nothing of social service, but to get everything that SHE wants, regardless of consequences, anticipated or deliberated.

Stop bitching that the mother is a victim, she is not 6 ft under, her own daughter is. But she and only she can wear the yolks of her own irresponsibility as a mother of thaqt neglected child.
