The morgue photos are even worse. She was cut up like a jigsaw puzzle. She had a gaping grin from ear to ear. In the morgue pics they show her sutured face up close. Probably one of the most brutal crimes in history. People involved in the investigation thought she may have been alive and tortured for days, before she died. Some sicko really had some 'fun' with her. She also had a malformed va jay jay, and sex was very difficult for her.

it was found at her autopsy that she was a hermaphrodite maybe the killer realised and killed her

These pics are the first gore pics I ever saw, a hundred years ago when I was a teen. I just about fainted when I saw her. Poor woman, I've always wondered--did he torture her, did he kill her quickly?

Ok, I read excerpts from the autopsy report, her reproductive organs were normal, and the cause of death were from the cuts and bruises on her face. Horrific.

In 1947, there were any number of places to dispose of a body in and around Los Angeles where it wouldn't be found at least until she was unidentifiable.
Whoever did this lay her out there in public just so that everyone could see what they'd done.
