Why i8s there no video of the shootout where the first person died?

Syed Farook, 28, as male suspect.

Family says they were married, and they just had a baby several months ago. Given the body armor, weapons, bombs, etc. - this means they were likely planning this while she was pregnant, or at least holding a brand new baby...

Unconfirmed rumors she was Qatari, which makes this even weirder.

They met online according to LA Times.

"They said Farook had traveled to Saudi Arabia and returned with a new wife he met online. The couple had a baby and appeared to be “living the American dream,” said Patrick Baccari, a fellow food inspector who shared a cubicle with Farook.

What I mean is Qatar isn't known for terrorist camps - especially with our military presence there near Doha. There have been questions over the government not curbing financial funding and funneling through the country, but not much in the way of activities inside it. If she is Qatari, it would present a whole new issue for both our military and NATO/UN warbling.

If she's Qatari and they met in Saudi, what site did they meet online, or was that a cover story for a forced marriage (my theory, it wouldn't exactly be normal to post "Islamist extremist man seeks out extremist wife to pop out a kid and then shoot up my co-workers") - which means she was part of a radicalized family, who were inside and near our largest military base in the region. It just would raise a huge slew of issues.

Apparently, they were wearing GoPro cameras... I don't know anything about them, can you live stream if you tether it to your phone or something? Someone watching their progress? I guess they could have gone home to send it for propaganda, which is where they took off from. If anyone can find it, I have faith the members on this forum can.

typically, looking at the time stamps of the posts above, all the action occured about 10 minutes after i stopped listening to the live radio feed and went to sleep....

I suspected the woman involved might be his wife. Neither of them apparently gave a fuck about the baby they left behind.

I'm local and was listening to events as they unfolded. The initial twist on the story was that the shooter was agitated at the Christmas party and left and came back 20 minutes later shooting up the place. News was making it sound like a possible work violence event. However, that doesn't hold water. One doesn't get upset at work and then come back 20 minutes later with 2 more people, decked out in body armor and armed to the teeth, to take out some co-workers.

This is either a lone wolf type attack with with a couple family members or part or an international attack. Whichever it is, it was planned ahead of time and premeditated.

Our asshole president comes out and the first thing he does before any details are known is to make gun control propaganda. Do you know how to deal with terrorist threats Mr. president? You do what the Israelis do. There a large segment of the population is armed. When a psycho comes out the citizens shoot the bastard to limit the carnage. As is always the case, the police arrive too late. The San Bernardino terrorists were already gone BEFORE the police even arrived at the scene. Average police response in USA to a serious crime in progress is 10 minutes. Set a timer for 10 minutes and pretend gunmen are coming after you. It's a ****** long time. The only chance you have is if you have a concealed weapon to take him out before they take you out. Period. No **** terrorist or criminal is going to be prevented from getting weapons with stricter gun control. So please shut the **** up about more gun control using every tragedy to advance a political agenda.

Lol, yep. But it's worth keeping in mind you are talking people who believe the highest honor their child could receive is if they grow up and join the jihad and give their lives in a suicide bombing or something like this. So don't set the standards expectation too high when it comes to their parenting skills, lol.

Although the fact that the suspects were described as wearing body armour, and their vehicle may have been rigged with booby traps / IEDs, does point to something more premeditated.

Not that the body armour seems to have helped much
