Kim Jong Un said (here) that he had planned to launch a terrorist attack in the end of a three step plan (he had already done the first two.) Today is Eternal Founder Kim Il Sung's birthday. It is the most important holiday in all of North Korea. They've had their missile launchers readied for days and for the first time ever, they didn't have a military parade in Pyongyang. It may be the Koreans and if not, it would still be extremely easy to pin this on them unless someone else claims responsibility.
