Sorry to bump this. I just saw the new Netflix documentary and wanted to get more pictures/videos. There's a lot of great stuff in the first post (and I think there's a picture of one of the fatal victims, Krystle Campbell) and wow the pictures of the guy that lost both legs...

I wanted to ask if anyone has the video surveillance video from the camera close to the (2nd?) explosion when Dzhokhar T. drops the backpack? You can see it in the documentary, and they cut it right after the explosion, but the camera seems to be intact, so there's got to be a full recording

Some of the first people to respond to the injured are men who look like they may be off duty police, fire or medical. But I was also thinking that an advantage to America having such a large military is that there are many who have been trained to perform first aid to battle injuries that can main and kill. After recent military deployments, in any group of Americans there is very likely to be someone who served a d who will keep their head when civilians are traumatised.

What the hell is happening in that picture where there's a small bald guy whose got all of his upper clothes blown off, and most of his lower clothes, aside the ones just over his junk. There's a larger guy lying down with his pants all twisted and being held up in the air by the small guy, maybe looks like it's a torniquet to stop said big ,man from bleeding to death but I don't see any blood. If it is a torniquet, it's a mighty weird one.

Anyhow I can't keep thinking that it looks like the little dude has summoned the big fat genie to grant his wishes. I wonder what little guy wished for? Maybe peace on earth, and new trousers and possibly some Ozempic?

Does anyone have a link to the boston marathon bombing from the cctv angle down right next to the blast? I checked the DR thrad on the bombing and it does not seem to have tha blast clip where everone ducks and is blown over?

Most of the CCTV footage wasn't released by the FBI until 2015 at the trial of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. That's why most early threads here don't have it and all of the clips I found online were from news sources and had the audio removed.

However, I did happen to locate a very informative news report that has the edited FBI compilation of CCTV footage with sound. The clip you're looking for starts at about the 0:40sec mark...

Not seen this one before but you see this man and the older boy in other photos looking down on the floor near where people are trying to save Martin.
I wonder if the girl he’s carrying is Martin’s sister who lost a leg.

Yeah, it’s Martin’s dad, brother and sister.

You can see Martin was between the buildings with the brown sign and blue canopy. You can see the man with the blue and white trainers helping someone on the floor. You see Martin’s dad go over to the areas, reaching down to the ground with the brother, then turning him away. The person on the floor in the last one is Martin.
