This was a helluva manhunt and awesome thread. But sadly, we will be on here again someday talking about a new case and manhunt.

As much enjoyment as I've had to be able to talk about it and be part of an active event with you guys posting pics and videos long before media ever put it up (and those who pulled Reddit stuff over here which for some reason is hard for me to follow), I'd hope to never do it again but I lament knowing you are correct.

He didn't. He saw a body, thought it was dead, saw it move and ran to call 911.

Damn! Too late on the last photo... But here's something from surveillance footage of him getting in the boat. Seems most of the damage in the photos is from his last encounter with police right before his arrest.

Well damn. Good catch - that went way over my head then. Makes sense. I thought the story went that after lockdown they went outside, saw a shed door cracked open, looked in and saw blood and bloody clothes and he was in the boat, then climbed out the backside near the fence.

Your post means makes far more sense.

Yes, but was it broadcast local or national? I don't have cable. I've only been watching online streams.

CBS News has a special live feed on their website that they use for breaking news. It just ended for the night.

International, my fiancé was watching on tv from home. We live in Canada.
