Nah, he's a coward but he's going for maximum damage. That he was willing to run over his brother's head tells a lot. He'll go down in a hail of gunfire and explosions. If they are finding other explosives/bombs, that's freaky to me. That means he was likely laying them around, maybe blending in with the public with a shaved head... makeup? I don't know. Could be a copycat that left it, but that they found a new one just creeps me the fuck out.

Well according to the live conference, Theyve lifted the 'no leaving your houses' ban in the town, they can go out etc, but to stay vigilant. Maybe they've realised hes left the town ?

true, wasjust confirmed by 1 cop to another cop on the scanner. cops doing quadrant search were notified by civilians leaving the houses telling them it was on tv
